Sie f\u00fchrt s\u00e4mtliche Bearbeitungen f\u00fcr Standard- und Sonderfenster mit jeder Art von Eckverbindung aus. <\/p>\n<p>Technisch zeichnet sich diese Maschine durch Folgendes aus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>zwei Arbeitstischsysteme f\u00fcr unterschiedliche Anwendungen<\/strong>: eines f\u00fcr die Fertigung gerader Teile, das andere f\u00fcr B\u00f6gen und Sonderteile mit Vakuumsystem;<\/li>\n<li>eine <strong>4-Achs-Elektrospindel <\/strong><strong>mit 30 kW<\/strong> <strong>und eine 5-Achs-Elektrospindel<\/strong> <strong>mit 16,5 kW<\/strong>, ausgelegt f\u00fcr den Werkzeugwechsel in verdeckter Zeit, also w\u00e4hrend die Maschine weiterarbeitet;<\/li>\n<li><strong>eine doppelte Spannlinie und ein doppeltes Bearbeitungsaggregat<\/strong> mit Multifunktionseinheiten;<\/li>\n<li><strong>eine geschlossene Kabine, die den Arbeitsbereich <\/strong>von Staub und L\u00e4rm abschirmt und dem Bediener dennoch gute Sicht und einen bequemen Zugang zur Maschine l\u00e4sst.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-font-size:var(--awb-typography3-font-size);\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"font-family:var(--awb-typography3-font-family);font-weight:var(--awb-typography3-font-weight);font-style:var(--awb-typography3-font-style);margin:0;letter-spacing:var(--awb-typography3-letter-spacing);text-transform:var(--awb-typography3-text-transform);font-size:1em;line-height:var(--awb-typography3-line-height);\">10 Tische mit doppelter Reihe Fingerspanner<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p>In der bei Tiago Jos\u00e9 Pinto Unipessoal abgenommenen Konfiguration gab es<strong>zwei Tischsysteme<\/strong>. Das erste besteht<strong>aus 10 Tischen mit jeweils einer doppelten Reihe Fingerspanner<\/strong>. Dies ist der Bereich f\u00fcr die senkrechten und waagerechten Rahmenh\u00f6lzer von Fl\u00fcgel und Blendrahmen.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Fingerspanner sind f\u00fcr die automatisierte Fertigung von Standard-Fensterteilen ausgelegt<\/strong> und positionieren sich automatisch. Sie spannen St\u00e4rken von 20 bis 160 mm mit hoher Spannkraft. So lassen sich gro\u00dfe Materialmengen abtragen.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Die doppelte Reihe verdoppelt die Spanneinheiten<\/strong> auf der Maschine und damit die Produktionskapazit\u00e4t. Jeder Tisch hat <strong>3 Schlitten, auf die Spanner oder Sauger montiert werden<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Bei der Biesse Rover Multi Pro W G <strong>positionieren sich die Schlitten je nach Werkst\u00fcckform<\/strong>, und gespannt wird wahlweise mit Spannern oder Saugern.
